伴随新课程改革的逐步深入,教师面临许多始料未及又缺乏现成解决方案的各类问题,在一定程度上制约了教学活动的开展。作为一门重要学科,数学教学的生活化取向、活动化取向、个性化取向等诸多问题向数学教师提出了从理论到实践的挑战,也提出了从教学到数学的挑战。为了适应这些要求和挑战,每位教师应尽快转换自己的角色,从教育教学的新理念和新规律出发,重新认识自己,合理定位,积极参与并推进课程改革。
With the gradual deepening of the reform of the new curriculum, teachers face many problems that are unexpected and lack of ready-made solutions, to a certain extent, restricting the development of teaching activities. As an important subject, many problems such as living orientation, activity orientation and individual orientation of mathematics teaching put forward the challenge of mathematics teacher from theory to practice, and also put forward the challenge from teaching to mathematics. In order to meet these requirements and challenges, each teacher should change his role as soon as possible, start from the new ideas and new rules in education and teaching, re-recognize himself, position reasonably, actively participate in and promote the curriculum reform.
