The authors immunized two 6-week-old female BALB/c mice with a 1 to 2 x 10~7 Reh cell line (cA-LL cell line) intravenously once a week for 3 consecutive weeks. On the third day after the last injection, the spleen was used to prepare a single cell suspension. The spleen cells were fused with P3×65-Ag8 myeloma cells at a 7:1 ratio in a 50% polyethylene glycol solution.
