要实现工业炉的闭环优化燃烧控制,达到节能的目的,可靠的氧化锫氧分析仪是必不可少的。目前国内不少用户进口日本横河北辰株式会社的 ZO—21氧化锆氧分析仪。由于在日本普遍实行低氧燃烧(以燃油为主),氧量控制在1.1—1.5%O_2的范围内,所以 ZO—21只限于用1%O_2的标气来自动校准仪器。而我国燃煤锅炉使用比较普遍,实行亚低氧或高氧燃烧,氧量控制不一,一般在1.5—4%O_2范围内,同时在我国又无固定的标气生产,因而横河北辰的 ZO—21氧化锆氧分析仪不适合我国数量较大的燃煤锅炉的使用,为此我们设计
