吉林省勘技所研制的“JCT-56型金刚石液动冲击回转钻头”于一九八七年一月初在北京通过技术鉴定。该钻头与冲击器的配套使用,对加快地质勘探速度,改变钻探工程面貌有重要的推动作用。吉林省勘技所结合液动冲击回转钻进的工艺特点,在研制中先后设计了不同结构特点的液动冲击回转金刚石钻头,通过优选、烧结和物理机械性能对比,确定了两种胎体配方,性能都超过了常规的胎体,在试验台钻进取得了可靠数据。在验证钻头的钻进特点时,选用2-3种钻头唇面形式,分别在四川和吉林两省的三个矿区进行生产试验,共钻进1327.37m。使用的19个JCT-56型金刚石钻头,平均进尺69.86m,最高进尺264.95m,与其它各种类型的金刚石钻头钻进效果相比较,钻头进尺提高125.28%,钻进时效提高27-71%,钻头成本降
JCT-56 diamond hydraulic impact rotary drill developed by Jilin Exploration Institute passed technical appraisal in Beijing in early January 1987.
