随着航空舵机新品项目生产订单的增加,资源冲突已成为影响生产部门订单交付的主要问题。在分析航空舵机新品项目生产资源冲突特点的基础上,借鉴Pert计划评审技术等方法,针对航空舵机新品生产计划资源冲突问题,构建资源冲突消解方法。该方法试图在资源冲突发生之前识别资源冲突,对资源冲突进行分类后运用科学方法来处理,以达到利用多项目管理的思想来合理进行生产排期管理的目标。最后,通过舵机壳体类产品生产实例,验证了资源冲突消解模型的合理性与有效性。
As production orders for new items of aviation steering gear increase, resource conflicts have become a major issue affecting the delivery of orders in the production sector. On the basis of analyzing the conflict characteristics of the production resources of aviation steering gear new product project and referring to the Pert program evaluation techniques and other methods, aiming at the resource conflict problem of the new production plan of aviation steering gear, a resource conflict resolution method is constructed. This method attempts to identify resource conflicts before resource conflicts occur, classify resource conflicts and then use scientific methods to deal with them, in order to achieve the goal of using the idea of multi-project management to manage production scheduling reasonably. Finally, through the examples of the production of steering gear housing products, the rationality and effectiveness of resource conflict resolution model are verified.
