用兰茜法,即“槽边循环化学漂洗法”处理六价铬废水,已有一段时问了。由于该方法的整个体系(包括设备、动力、原料)简单,占地面积小,则投资少,并且能节约大量用水,处理后的水中Cr~(6+)浓度低于国家排放标准。所以,该方法目前已被很多电镀单位所采纳。兰茜法处理六价铬废水最早是用来处理镀铬后的漂洗废水。后来,随着对该方法的进一步改进,也适用于处理镀锌铬酸钝化,铜酸洗高铬钝化的漂洗水。本文主要就兰茜法处理六价铬废水中的几个问题,作一粗浅的探讨。
Lanxi method, that is, “the tank edge of the chemical rinsing cycle” treatment of hexavalent chromium wastewater, has been asking for some time. Due to the simple system and small floor space, the method has less investment and saves a lot of water. The Cr 6 concentration in the treated water is lower than the national discharge standard. Therefore, this method has been adopted by many plating units. Lan Qian method of treatment of hexavalent chromium wastewater was first used to deal with chrome rinse wastewater. Later, with the further improvement of this method, it is also suitable for the rinsing of chromate-treated, chromate-washed, copper-acid-washed passivates. In this paper, we mainly deal with several problems in the treatment of hexavalent chromium waste water by Lan Qian method.
