《专业标准》落地有“难处”《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》(以下简称《专业标准》)颁布三年来,对幼儿园教师职业专业化的确认,意义重大。在幼儿园教师这个职业的专业性社会认可程度不高的情况下,《专业标准》的颁布,从政策层面给了幼儿园教师引领和支撑,使幼儿园教师教育实践中的专业成长有了方向,是对幼儿园教师专业化的要求,更是对我国学前教育质量的保障。
