目的探讨截囊针旋转晶状体核在手法小切口白内障囊外摘除术的安全性及效果。方法在96例(108眼)白内障患者施行手法小切口白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术,用截囊针完成晶状体核旋转到前房。观察术后视力、术中及术后的并发症。结果 108眼用截囊针将晶状体核顺利旋转至前房。术后视力0.5以上者82眼,0.3￣0.5者16眼,0.1￣0.25者6眼,0.1以下者4眼。术中后囊破裂6眼。术后角膜水肿12眼,无严重并发症。结论截囊针旋转晶状体核的方法简便、安全、可靠。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of capsulotomy needle nucleus rotation in manual small incision extracapsular cataract extraction. Methods A total of 96 cases (108 eyes) of cataract patients underwent manual small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. The capsular needle was used to complete the rotation of the lens nucleus to the anterior chamber. Postoperative visual acuity, intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed. Results 108 eyes with capsulorrhexis lens nucleus will rotate smoothly to the anterior chamber. Postoperative visual acuity of 0.5 or more in 82 eyes, 0.3 ~ 0.5 16 eyes, 0.1 ~ 0.25 of 6 eyes, 0.1 less than 4 eyes. Posterior capsule rupture in 6 eyes. Postoperative corneal edema 12 eyes, no serious complications. Conclusion The method of rotating the lens nucleus by the dicing needle is simple, safe and reliable.
