研究了灰铸铁、A_3和一种稀土Cr-Si合金铸铁的锌液腐蚀过程和机制。结果表明,硅在锌液腐蚀过程中扮演重要角色。较高的硅含量与铬和稀土的复合作用可抑制腐蚀层中γ相的形成,代之以明显降低锌液腐蚀速度的FeZn阻挡层,使材料具有优异的抗锌液腐蚀能力。
The corrosion process and mechanism of zinc solution of gray cast iron, A_3 and a rare earth Cr-Si alloy cast iron were studied. The results show that silicon plays an important role in the corrosion of zinc solution. The higher silicon content and the combined effect of chromium and rare earth can inhibit the formation of γ phase in the corrosion layer and replace it with the FeZn barrier layer that significantly reduces the corrosion rate of the zinc liquid so that the material has excellent anti-zinc liquid corrosion resistance.
