以交联羧甲基纤维素(CCMC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,通过微波辐射法制备了高吸水性树脂AM-g-CCMC。探讨了NMBA、KPS和CCMC用量对树脂吸水倍率的影响;采用IR,TG-DTA和SEM对树脂进行了表征。结果表明,在最佳制备条件AM∶CCMC∶NMBA∶KPS=50∶5∶0.15∶2.5(wt,质量比),微波功率130W,反应时间200s下制备的树脂对去离子水和浓度为0.154mol/L的NaCl、CaCl_2和FeCl_3溶液的吸水倍率分别为1821、165、82和43g/g。
Using cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose (CCMC), acrylamide (AM) as raw material, potassium persulfate (KPS) as initiator and N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide (NMBA) High-absorbent resin AM-g-CCMC was prepared by microwave irradiation. The effects of NMBA, KPS and CCMC dosage on resin water absorption capacity were investigated. The resin was characterized by IR, TG-DTA and SEM. The results show that the resin prepared in the best preparation conditions of AM: CCMC: NMBA: KPS = 50: 5: 0.15: 2.5 (wt, mass ratio), microwave power of 130W, reaction time of 200s for deionized water and a concentration of 0.154mol / L of NaCl, CaCl 2 and FeCl 3 solution of water absorption ratio were 1821,165,82 and 43g / g.
