在微机控制纤维缠绕机上实现的张力闭环控制系统,是以磁粉制动器作为张力执行元件,计算机给出理论张力值,由数字触发的可控硅勋磁电源转换成相应的励磁电流供给制动器。实际张力值由传感器检测并经A/D转换后送回计算机进行比较、调节,实现了闭环控制。整个系统采用软件PID调节器进行动态校正,提高了控制质量。实验证明,该系统是合理、可行为,对提高缠绕工艺的自动化程度有较大的实用价值。
The tension closed-loop control system implemented on microcomputer-controlled fiber winding machine uses the magnetic brake as the tension actuator, and the computer gives the theoretical tension value, which is converted into the corresponding excitation current supply brake by digital controlled thyristor power supply. The actual tension value is detected by the sensor and sent back to the computer after A / D conversion for comparison, regulation, to achieve closed-loop control. The whole system uses the software PID regulator to carry on the dynamic correction, enhances the control quality. The experiment proves that the system is reasonable and feasible and has great practical value for improving the degree of automation of the winding process.
