以不同发育期的“石研2号”和“石研5号”品系油莎豆块茎为试材,对油莎豆块茎中的淀粉、果糖、蔗糖、可溶性糖含量以及脂肪含量进行了测定,以研究油莎豆块茎发育过程中糖与脂肪积累的相关性。结果表明:在油莎豆块茎发育过程中果糖含量与脂肪含量相关性不显著;蔗糖含量与脂肪含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);淀粉含量与脂肪含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);可溶性糖含量亦与脂肪含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。
The effects of starch content, fructose, sucrose, soluble sugar content and fat content in tuber of oil Shabu bean were studied by using different varieties of “Shaoyan No.2” and “Shiyan No.5” The determination was carried out to study the correlation between sugar and fat accumulation in the process of tuber development. The results showed that there was no significant correlation between the content of fructose and fat in the process of tuber development. The content of sucrose was negatively correlated with the content of fat (P <0.01), and the content of starch was positively correlated with the content of fat (P < 0.01). Soluble sugar content also had a significantly negative correlation with fat content (P <0.01).
