中小学特色建设是一种学校教育改革的实践活动,更是一种价值追求,在建设过程中经常会面临诸多价值取向的冲突。其本体价值应在于引领和实现学生的全面与个性化发展。然而,在当前中小学特色建设实践过程中,“比拼”“片面”“功利”“浮躁”等现象却十分突出,其症结就在于过分偏倚于学校特色建设的外在比较价值,特色建设的本体价值逐渐被遮蔽和疏离。因此,亟须从学校特色建设的科学性、实在性和延续性等方面进行重新审视,促使中小学特色建设走上健康、可持续的发展轨道。
The characteristic construction of primary and middle schools is a kind of practical activity of school education reform, but also a kind of value pursuit. The crux of the problem is that it is excessively biased in the construction of school characteristics In the comparative value, the value of the characteristic construction gradually masked and alienated. Therefore, it is urgent to reconsider the scientific, substantive and continuity characteristics of school construction so as to promote the construction of primary and secondary schools on a healthy and sustainable development track.
