在未来高技术战争中,为大量歼敌并提高我军生存能力,必须采取有效措施对敌方的指挥通信、协同通信、侦察通信、后方通信及警报通信等进行干扰,使敌方通信系统失灵、瘫痪。目前,对敌通信干扰的方式主要有3种:一是地面电子干扰台;二是电子干扰飞机;三是近年来大力发展的投掷式电子干扰设备,亦称通信干扰弹或电子干扰弹。通信干扰弹是先进的电子技术与弹药技术相结合而产生的特种弹药,是通信干扰设备的发展方向之一。它由火炮、火箭、导弹等运载工具发射,用以干扰敌方战场的无线电通信。一般采用子母弹形式,弹丸内装多个一次使用的宽频带
