目的:探讨异丙酚对阿曲库铵的肌松效应及循环功能的影响,并与硫喷妥钠进行了比较。方法:择期全麻手术病人16例随机分为异丙酚组和硫喷妥钠组,用加速度仪TOF刺激模式监测拇内收肌肌张力,记录肌松起效时间、高峰时间、T1出现时间、T4/T1为25%和75%时间,同时监测BP和HR。结果:异丙酚组和硫喷妥钠组的阿曲库铵肌松效应差异不大,仅异丙酚组T1出现时间先于硫喷妥钠组(P<0.05)。异丙酚的降压作用较硫喷妥钠显著(P<0.01)。结论:在异丙酚作用下,阿曲库铵的肌松作用早期恢复较快。
Objective: To investigate the effect of propofol on muscle relaxant effect and circulatory function of atracurium and compare with thiopental. Methods: Twenty-six patients undergoing elective general anesthesia were randomly divided into propofol group and thiopental group. Muscle tension of thumb adductor was monitored by accelerometer TOF stimulation mode. The onset time of muscle relaxant, peak time, T1 appearance time , T4 / T1 25% and 75% of the time, while monitoring BP and HR. Results: There was no significant difference in atracurium between the propofol group and the thiopental group. T1 in the propofol group was earlier than that in the thiopental group (P <0.05). The antihypertensive effect of propofol was more significant than thiopental (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Atracurium has a good early recovery from muscle relaxant effect under propofol.
