本文对A3R、16M_nR、15M_mVNR板材用J506焊条多道手工焊的接头断裂韧性作了对比,其中热影响区各部位断裂韧性是用金相剖面法所作。用电镜对15M_nVNR焊缝金属断口产生突进以及各接头熔合线韧性低的原因进行了分析。结果表明:三种接头以15M_nVNR的韧性最低,而每一种接头均以熔合线附近断裂韧性低。这主要是由于V、N掺入焊缝金属及焊条药皮中钛铁,铝铁与母材中V、N、C等产生第二相有关。
In this paper, A3R, 16M_nR, 15M_mVNR plate with J506 electrode multi-channel manual fracture toughness of the joints were compared, in which heat-affected zone fracture toughness is made by the metallographic section method. Electron microscopy was used to analyze the causes of 15M_nVNR weld metal fracture and the low ductility of each fusion line. The results show that the three joints with 15M_nVNR the lowest toughness, and each joint are near the fusion line fracture toughness is low. This is mainly due to V, N into the weld metal and electrode coating of ilmenite, ferroalloy and base metal V, N, C, etc. to produce the second phase.
