司法独立在西方早已获得了普遍的认可,是人类司法文明中重要的原则和理念之一。推进司法改革,贯彻依法治国重大方略,建设社会主义法治国家,研究西方的司法独立原则具有重大意义和借鉴价值。本文试图在法律解释学的多元视角下,对司法独立的若干问题进行分析和研究。 Judicial independence has long gained universal recognition in the West and is one of the important principles and concepts in the judicial civilization of mankind. It is of great significance and reference value to promote judicial reform, carry out the major principles of governing the country according to law, establish a socialist country governed by the rule of law and study the principle of the independence of the judiciary in the West. This article attempts to analyze and study some issues of judicial independence from the perspective of legal hermeneutics.
