随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,如何在设备管理中获取最大效益,是我们设备管理工作者的重要任务。多年实践表明,抓好基础管理,实施设备综合管理,大搞设备技改技革、节能降耗和进口设备的消化吸收等都是取得效益的好方法。我们的做法是: 一、推行现代化管理手段,切实抓好基础管理工作 1.首先抓好各项指标的逐层分解,贯彻落实,并与经济考核挂钩,在严格考核指标上下苦功。设备部门组织对设备完好率、设备利用率、设备运转率、有效利用率、故障率、管道泄漏率、事故率、重点设备得分率、维修准期率、维修一等车率等指标进行考核,做到月度有考核,季度有检查,年度有总结,保证设备的可靠性,这是取得经济效益的基础。
