装有新供油系统的东风_4型0400号内燃机车的节能初效,去年已有报道(详见本刊1981年第11-12期)。该车到今年7月18日止已顺利地完成了一个架修期的试验运行,总共走行里程为231316公里。现将运用和架修拆检情况简介如下: 1.新系统运用可靠在试验期间,有两次临修与本试验有关,一次是喷油泵出油阀接头断裂,另一次是换上去的一只备用喷油泵打不出油。除此之外,试验的新系统均未发生故障。运用中,新型线凸轮轴工作一直正常。另外,由架修拆检情况表明,新型线凸轮表面光滑,没发现任何不正常磨损和异状。喷油泵下体滚轮状态良好,喷油泵中除二只出油阀弹簧断裂外,其余也都良好。
