为了满足越来越严格的排放法规的要求,目前柴油机主要通过缸内燃烧控制、改进燃油品质和后处理净化技术对其排放污染物进行控制。但前两种技术对柴油机污染物的控制效果有限,且不能通过单一技术的改进达到高排放法规(如欧V及以上)的限值要求,后处理净化技术是目前最被看好的一项污染物减排技术。因此,这里主要介绍基于柴油机的后处理净化技术,对其排放的一氧化碳、碳氢,氮氧化物和颗粒的减排净化技术进行介绍。
In order to meet the increasingly stringent emission regulations, diesel engines are currently controlled mainly by in-cylinder combustion control, improved fuel quality and aftertreatment decontamination technologies. However, the former two technologies have limited control effects on diesel pollutants and can not meet the limit requirements of high emission regulations (such as Euro V and above) through the improvement of a single technology. The post-treatment purification technology is the most favored one at present Material reduction technology. Therefore, we mainly introduce the diesel-based post-treatment purification technology to introduce the emission reduction technologies of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon, nitrogen oxides and particles.
