结合两相流模型与粘度模型,建立喂料粘度与金属粉末与粘结剂分离的关系,并分析了喂料注射温度和注射速度及注射充填方式对两相分离的影响。结果表明:注射温度和注射速度通过影响喂料的综合流变学因子,进而影响金属粉末与粘结剂的分离。相对于注射速度,注射温度对金属粉末与粘结剂分离现象影响较大。喂料的注射成形充填过程以喷射流动方式进行。
Based on the two-phase flow model and viscosity model, the relationship between feed viscosity and separation of metal powder and binder was established. The effects of feed temperature, injection speed and injection filling mode on the separation of two phases were analyzed. The results show that injection temperature and injection speed affect the separation of metal powder and binder by affecting the comprehensive rheological factors of feeding.
