现代职业院校体育教学应围绕专业性特点,挖掘职业院校体育内涵、体现职业院校体育特色。为了提高职业院校烹饪专业学生的专业能力,运用教学实验法和数理统计法等研究方法,揭示职业院校篮球教改对烹饪专业学生翻锅能力的影响。实验结果表明:烹饪专业学生的双手握力与翻锅成绩之间均存在着线性正相关关系;8周篮球教改实验会对烹饪专业学生的双手握力,以及翻锅能力的提升起到显著的促进效果。在对实验结果进行分析与讨论的基础上,提出有效促进职业院校体育教学与专业更深入结合的对策与建议。
The modern PE teaching in vocational schools should focus on the specialty characteristics, tap the connotation of sports in vocational schools, and reflect the sports characteristics in vocational schools. In order to improve the professional ability of cooking majors in vocational colleges, this paper uses research methods such as teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics to reveal the influence of basketball teaching reform in vocational colleges on capping ability of culinary majors. The experimental results show that there is a linear positive correlation between the grip strength of cooking majors and the turning pot performance. The eight-week basketball teaching reform experiment can significantly enhance the grip strength of cooking majors and the improvement of turning pots . Based on the analysis and discussion of the experimental results, the countermeasures and suggestions to effectively promote the further combination of PE teaching and professional in vocational colleges and universities are put forward.
