友谊宾馆的服务对象主要是外宾。它位于汉口解放大道与新华路交叉口的西北端,与二轻工业展销大楼隔路相望,地理位置十分显要(图1)。主楼地下1层,地上20层,建筑面积12800 m~2,主楼后面设有附楼,地下一层,地上三层,面积为1958 m~2,其总建筑面积为15129 m~2,主楼除客房外,设有宴会厅、餐厅、商店、娱乐、办公用房;附楼设厨房、配电间、锅炉房等(图2、3);地下室设空调机房、水泵房、水池等。客房自然间每层13间,13层共169间(图4)。每间面积19 m~2,其中双床间133间,单床间14间,双套间4套8间,另有14间为小餐 Friendship Hotel’s main target is foreign guests. Located at the northwest end of the intersection of Jiefang Avenue and Xinhua Road in Hankou, it is located across the road from the second light industrial exhibition building. The geographical location is very important (Figure 1). The main building has 1 underground floor and 20 floors above ground. The building area is 12800 m2. There is an annex building at the back of the main building, a basement floor, and 3 floors above ground. The area is 1958 m~2. The total building area is 15129 m~2. Outside the room, there are banquet halls, restaurants, shops, entertainment, and office space; annexes have kitchens, power distribution rooms, boiler rooms, etc. (Figures 2, 3); basement rooms are equipped with air-conditioning rooms, pump rooms, and pools. There are 13 rooms on each floor in the nature room, with a total of 169 rooms in 13 floors (Fig. 4). Each area is 19 m2, including 133 twin rooms, 14 single rooms, 4 sets of 8 double rooms, and 14 small meals
