用雄性不育系陕2A与春性双低品种040杂交,连续回交5代,获得了不育性状稳定的不育系040A及保持系040B。用垦C1与双低品系S83-1603杂交,连续自交5代,并与不育系测交筛选出低并酸恢复系NK3。不育系040A与恢复系NK3配制的强化组合NKU-4具有丰产稳产、耐菌核病、低芥酸等特性,1991~1995年多点试验、示范结果,其平均产量2571km/hm2,平均比对照品种增产31.3%。
The male sterile line Shaan 2A was crossed with the spring double-breed line 040 for 5 generations. The 040A sterile line and 040B maintainer line were obtained. Ken C1 and double low-grade lines S83-1603 were crossed for 5 generations in succession, and the low-acid restorer line NK3 was screened with male sterile lines. NKU-4, a combination of sterile line 040A and restorer line NK3, has the characteristics of high and stable yield, resistant to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and low erucic acid.
