近年来,伴随着我国社会各方面的不断发展,建设工程项目的集成化管理显示出越来越重要的作用,其可以更快速准确的解决存在于工程项目管理中的问题,有效地推动我国工程管理的发展。但是,目前我国工程管理的发展相对还不成熟,各方面都存在一定的缺陷,例如建设工程的价值观、管理模式等方面都存在不同程度上的问题,因此,加大对工程管理科学方法的探索力度,提高工程全寿命期的管理水平,是工程建设领域亟待研究解决的问题。本文将简述工程管理系统思维的定义,并就现阶段我国工程管理中存在的主要问题进行分析,同时对工程全寿命期管理进行探讨。
