以异丁烯酸化实验研究为基础,在小型醚化实验装置上进行了催化裂化汽油全馏分的醚化实验研究。结果发现,70℃时C7以下活性烯烃的总转化率为49.22%,醚化效果很明显。同时,各种活性烯烃的醚化转化率随着温度的升高先升高而后降低,相同碳数的活性烯烃异构体中。烯烃的转化率比相应的β烯烃高。在催化裂化汽油醚化中用过的催化剂的H+交换容量明显降低。
Based on the experimental study of methacrylic acidization, etherification experiments on the whole fraction of FCC gasoline were carried out on a small etherification unit. The results showed that the total conversion of active olefin below C7 at 70 ℃ was 49.22%, and the etherification effect was obvious. At the same time, the etherification conversion of various active olefins increased first and then decreased with the increase of temperature, and the same carbon number in the active olefin isomers. The olefin conversion is higher than the corresponding β-olefin. The H + exchange capacity of the catalyst used in the catalytic etherification of gasoline is significantly reduced.
