一、问题的提出我厂是生产衡器铸件的专业厂,年产量1800t左右,有3t/h酸性冷风冲天炉两座,炉型尺寸见图1。其中,1~#冲天炉自1986年以来连续熔炼200炉次后,由于炉衬侵蚀,特别是预热带炉衬侵蚀严重,经常发生搭棚现象,严重影响了炉况的稳定,以致无法控制铁水温度。为解决上述问题,我们拟定了两种处理方案,一种是提前进行大修,另一种是选用合适的耐火材料修砌预热带。经分析,我们认为第二种方案比较合理。但要实施第二种方案首
