在混凝土施工过程中如何对其质量进行及时有效的控制,是关系到混凝土工程安全可靠的重要问题,为此,本文提出了用材料分析方法快速推定机口砼强度,这是一种物理方法,它探索出了一种包括各种原材料特性影响,而又不干涉水泥水化反应进程的快速测强方法,可在混凝土初凝前测出28天期强度。这种方法是建立在“混凝土强度与灰水比成正比”这个经过数十年的实践检验的认识基础之上,采用正交回归的技术路线,其精度完全可以满足施工现场的需要。且工作量小,受环境的影响小。应用此方法还可调整混凝土的配方,达到节约水泥用量的目的。
In the process of concrete construction, how to control its quality timely and effectively is an important issue that is related to the safety and reliability of concrete engineering. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of material analysis to quickly estimate the strength of concrete at the port, which is a kind of physical method, It explores a rapid strength test that includes the effects of various raw material properties without interfering with the hydration process of the cement and measures the 28-day strength prior to initial setting of the concrete. This method is based on a knowledge of decades of practical testing that the “strength of concrete is proportional to the ratio of gray water to water”. Based on the orthogonal regression technique, the accuracy can meet the needs of the construction site. And the workload is small, less affected by the environment. Application of this method can also adjust the formula of concrete, to achieve the purpose of saving the amount of cement.
