两起学生管理事件引发的思考:事件一:班主任肖老师通过教室网络监控系统发现学生王某在上课时吃泡好的方便面,于是亲自到教室把该生叫到办公室,批评之余叫该生请家长,该生不仅反应过激,还在办公室动手打了老师。事件二:班主任张老师在开学时发现部分学生使用手机上网、玩游戏、聊天,影响学习,于是宣布班上学生手机平时由班主任保管,周末归还。可在上课时发现学生黄某使用手机,便收缴了该生手机,没想到该生居然当众抢夺手机并在老师的手上咬了一口。
