用户研究在新产品开发中占据了极为重要的先导地位。本文从用户研究公司的流程出发,试图找出影响用户研究报告可靠性的因素,即企业、用户研究公司、目标用户之间的沟通效率。从而提出提高沟通效率和信息共享的几点方法:平等、客观地进行沟通、建立即时信息共享机制和完善知识结构。通过高效的沟通和信息共享,来提高用户研究报告对企业的可靠性。
User research occupies a very important leading position in the development of new products. This paper, starting from the user research company’s process, attempts to find out the factors influencing the reliability of user research reports, that is, the communication efficiency among enterprises, user research companies and target users. Therefore, several ways to improve communication efficiency and information sharing are put forward: to communicate equally and objectively, to establish instant information sharing mechanism and to improve knowledge structure. Through the efficient communication and information sharing, to improve the user research report on the reliability of the enterprise.
