目的 了解健康热线电话咨询在综合性医院中的应用。方法 对1349人次电话求询者资料进行汇总、分析及评估。结果 求询者主要分布在20~39岁年龄段,占70.6%,咨询问题主要是健康(占61.3%)、情绪问题(占8.4%)、睡眠问题(占5.0%)。处理方法包括解释(占63.2%)、疏泄(占7.9%)、应对能力指导(占4.0%)。结论 在现代社会中提高青年人的心理素质值得重视,同时在综合性医院中设立热线电话具有其现实意义。
Objective To understand the application of health hotline consultation in general hospitals. Methods Data collected from 1,349 telephone callers were collected, analyzed and evaluated. Results The respondents were mainly distributed in the 20 to 39 age group, accounting for 70.6%. The consultation questions were mainly health (61.3%), emotional problems (8.4%), and sleep problems (5.0%). Treatments included interpretation (63.2%), catharsis (7.9%), and coping ability guidance (4.0%). Conclusion It is worth paying attention to improving the psychological quality of young people in modern society. At the same time, setting up a hotline in a general hospital is of practical significance.
