日本Toshiba公司于1987年推出了由2片MOS大规模集成电路和4片双极型集成电路组成的数字电视系统。数字信号处理是用1.5微米标准线宽的CMOS工艺制造的2片大规模集成电路来实现的,它能改善图象质量。这些集成电路是为NTSC和PAL两种制式设计的,而且可用来进行倍行扫描。
Japan’s Toshiba Corporation in 1987 introduced a digital television system consisting of two MOS LSIs and four bipolar integrated circuits. Digital signal processing is done using two large scale integrated circuits fabricated in CMOS technology with a standard line width of 1.5 microns to improve image quality. These ICs are designed for both NTSC and PAL systems and can be used for double-line scanning.
