目的:研究不同因素对白术嫩枝扦插的生根成活影响。方法:本文采用3因素3水平L9(34)正交设计法进行实验,利用公式分析法确定最优扦插方案。结果:国光生跟的浓度为2 000 mg/L,处理20 s,选取泥炭和珍珠岩配比为1∶3的基质处理的白术嫩枝扦插有最高的成活率和生根率,均为86.67%。结论:此方法有利于提高白术的扦插成活率,为白术扦插提供理论依据。
Objective: To study the effects of different factors on the rooting survival of Atractylodes macrocephala cuttings. Methods: In this paper, 3 factors and 3 levels of L9 (34) orthogonal design method for the experiment, the use of formula analysis to determine the optimal cutting program. Results: The highest survival rate and rooting rate of Atractylodes macrocephala cuttings treated with Guiguangsheng with a concentration of 2000 mg / L and treatment time of 20 s were compared with those of peat and pearlite with a ratio of 1: 3, both of which were 86.67% . Conclusion: This method is beneficial to improve the survival rate of Atractylodes macrocephala and provide a theoretical basis for Atractylodes macrocephala cutting.
