目的调查超重官兵疲劳睡眠及心理状况,为采取干预措施提供参考。方法采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)量表、疲劳量表-14(fatigue scale-14,FS-14)和精神症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist,SCL-90)对某部队1582名官兵的疲劳睡眠及心理状况进行调查分析,分为超重以上组[体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)≥24 kg/m2]349名官兵和正常组(18.5 kg/m2≤BMI<24 kg/m2)1233名官兵。结果超重以上组官兵睡眠指数、睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、服用药物评分均明显高于正常体质量官兵(P<0.05或0.01);疲劳评分和SCL-90评分在正常组和超重组官兵无明显差异(P>0.05);睡眠指数、疲劳与SCL-90评分呈明显正相关(P<0.01)。结论超重以上官兵睡眠质量较差,需重点关注。
Objective To investigate the fatigue, sleep and psychological status of overweight officers and men and provide reference for the intervention. Methods Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scale, fatigue scale-14 (FS-14) and Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) The fatigue, sleep and psychological status of 1582 officers and men of a certain unit were investigated and analyzed, and divided into 349 groups of overweight group [body mass index (BMI) ≥24 kg / m2] and normal group (18.5 kg / m2≤BMI <24 kg / m2) 1233 officers and soldiers. Results The scores of sleep index, sleep quality, sleep time, sleep disorders and taking drugs in the above-mentioned group were significantly higher than those of the normal body weight (P0.05 or 0.01). The scores of fatigue and SCL-90 were significantly higher in the normal and overweight group There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Sleep index and fatigue were positively correlated with SCL-90 scores (P <0.01). Conclusion The quality of sleep overweight officers and soldiers above the poor, need to focus on.
