近年来,国内外对无创性方法诊断冠心病进行了广泛研究,核素心功能检查就是其中重要进展之一。我们将心电图运动试验的传统方法与运动核素心功能检查联合进行,探讨对冠心病的诊断价值。结果表明:心电图运动试验及运动核素心功能检查对冠心病均有较大诊断意义,二者联合进行则诊断价值更高。并得出如下讨论意见。一、次极量负荷试验时EF值变化对冠心病的诊断意义: 核素心功能检查中,左室射血分数(LVEF)的变化是反映左室泵功能的可靠指标,这已为国内外学者所公认,Creen,Stranss Hu等对比了门电路法测得的左心射血分数和双平面心室造影测得的结果,相关系数为0.8
