目的 :探讨用玻璃体切除技术对外伤后白内障晶体皮质与脱入前房的玻璃体相混杂的手术治疗效果。方法 :采用玻璃体切除器经角膜缘切除混杂有玻璃体的外伤性白内障。结果 :经该术式手术切除 45例 ,追踪观察 6～ 2 4个月 ,矫正视力 0 .5者占 5 7.6 % ,0 .4— 0 .1者占 2 4.4%。结论 :该术可以彻底清除前房内混浊的晶体皮质及脱入前房的玻璃体 ,且不发生玻璃体脱出 ,有利于保护角膜内皮 ,可减少术后炎症反应 ,并可同时解决其他并发症 ,视力恢复满意 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of vitrectomy on the surgical treatment of traumatic cataract and the vitreous phase of anterior chamber.
