“师幼互动”是指在幼儿园一日生活各环节中,教师与幼儿之间发生的各种形式、性质、程度的心理交互作用或行为的相互影响。积极有效的师幼互动既包括教师根据活动需要和幼儿实际,向幼儿个人或群体发起或回应的有价值的互动,也包括幼儿个人或群体向教师发起或回应的有价值的互动。师幼互动是幼儿园教师角色行为最直接、最集中的体现,它标志着外显的教育手段和教育结果,同时反映了内隐的教师角色意识、角色定位和角色
“Teacher-pupil interaction” refers to the mutual influence of psychological interaction or behavior of various forms, nature, and degree that occur between teachers and young children in all aspects of daily life in kindergarten.
