目的:探讨假肥大型肌营养不良(DMD)心肌酶、超声心动图和心电图改变的特点及其临床意义。方法:对406例DMD患者的心肌酶、超声心动图、心电图等检查资料采用临床病例统计学方法进行归纳和分析。结果:所有DMD患者都有不同程度的心肌酶升高,其中肌酸激酶(CK)升高最明显,4~5岁最高,8岁以后随年龄增长而下降;绝大部分患者(383/406例)肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)都升高。行超声心动图检查342例,有异常的患儿89例;行心电图检查355例,有异常的患儿237例,随年龄增长异常率越高。结论:充分认识DMD患者的心脏病变特点,早期诊断、早期预防,对延缓疾病进展和延长患者的寿命有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics and clinical significance of myocardial enzymes, echocardiography and electrocardiogram changes in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). Methods: The data of myocardial enzymes, echocardiography and electrocardiogram in 406 patients with DMD were summarized and analyzed by clinical case statistics. Results: All DMD patients had different degrees of myocardial enzymes increased, of which creatine kinase (CK) increased the most obvious, 4 to 5 years of age the highest, after the age of 8 with age and decline; the vast majority of patients (383/406 Example) Creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) are elevated. 342 cases were examined by echocardiography and 89 cases were abnormal; 355 cases were examined by electrocardiogram and 237 cases were abnormal. The abnormal rate was higher with age. Conclusion: To fully understand the characteristics of heart disease in DMD patients, early diagnosis and early prevention are of great significance for delaying disease progression and prolonging the life of patients.
