In order to solve the problem of excess production capacity at low levels, compress and eliminate outdated production capacity, and promote technological advancement and industrial upgrading of enterprises, the State Economic and Trade Commission has issued the “Catalogue of Eliminating Outdated Production Capacity, Processes and Products” in two batches (hereinafter referred to as “ table of Contents"). The summary of my publication is published in the third batch of the “Catalogue” (Draft for Comment) published by the State Economic and Trade Commission recently.
