在热处理过程的计算机模拟中,涉及到的材料数据及特性数据文件有:相变—动力学方程;扩散—扩散系数;热传递—导热率、比热、密度、潜热;应力/应变—杨氏模量、泊松比、热膨胀系数、密度、屈服应力、淬硬系数、相变膨胀系数、相变塑性系数及蠕变定律。此外还有一些边界条件:扩散—表面反应速率;对流—表面系数;以及辐射—形状因子及辐射能力也都是影响模拟的因素。
In the computer simulation of heat treatment process, the material data and characteristic data files involved are: phase change - kinetic equation; diffusion - diffusion coefficient; heat transfer - thermal conductivity, specific heat, density, latent heat; stress / strain - Modulus, Poisson’s Ratio, Thermal Expansion Coefficient, Density, Yield Stress, Hardening Coefficient, Phase Expansion Coefficient, Phase Transition Plastic Coefficient and Creep Law. In addition, there are some boundary conditions: diffusion - surface reaction rate; convection - surface coefficient; and radiation - form factor and radiation ability are also factors that affect the simulation.
