对口单招是我国近几年实行的新兴的招考模式和人才培养模式。为了让中职英语教学适应对口单招的教育要求,为了让中职教育与高职教育更好地衔接,江苏省针对文化课及计算机专业课开展了“两课”评比、“五课”调研活动,取得了一系列可喜的成绩。由于对口单招发展较晚,在英语教学及班主任管理中,还存在一些与这种人才培养模式相脱节的教学管理问题。结合对口单招中存在的英语教学管理问题,本文提出了解决策略。
Counterpart single recruit is our country in recent years the introduction of new recruitment mode and personnel training mode. In order to make the English teaching in secondary schools meet the education requirements of the single-type matchmaking, in order to make the secondary vocational education and higher vocational education better connect with each other, Jiangsu Province has conducted the “Two Lessons” appraisal and the “Five Lessons” "Research activities, made a series of gratifying achievements. Due to the relatively late development of the single-language counterparts, there are still some teaching management problems that are out of touch with this mode of personnel training in English teaching and class teacher management. Combined with the existing problem of English teaching management in the single-entry countermeasure, this paper proposes a solution strategy.
