为实现青贮添加剂的高效利用,试验采用四种常见的青贮添加剂开展全株玉米青贮后有氧稳定性研究。通过青贮饲料有氧条件下温度和p H值的变化的研究,探讨有氧条件下青贮饲料的稳定情况。结果表明:四种添加剂对有氧稳定性的影响不同,甲酸可以提高有氧稳定性,蔗糖对有氧稳定性影响不显著,纤维素酶和乳酸菌降低有氧稳定性,其维持有氧稳定性的强弱顺序为甲酸﹥蔗糖﹥纤维素酶﹥乳酸菌。
In order to realize the efficient utilization of silage additives, four common silage additives were used to study the aerobic stability of whole corn silage. Through the study of the changes of temperature and p H values under aerobic conditions of silage, the stability of silage under aerobic conditions was discussed. The results showed that the four additives had different effects on aerobic stability. Formic acid could improve aerobic stability. Sucrose did not affect aerobic stability significantly. Cellulase and lactobacillus decreased aerobic stability, which maintained aerobic stability The order of strength is formic acid> sucrose> cellulase> lactic acid bacteria.
