在世界经济逐步全球化的今天,英语作为国际性语言的地位日益突出。参与竞争和自我发展的需要使得英语成为一种必备工具。就化学而言,随着学习的不断深入,会接触到很多英文的资料,大学期间也要求学生有一定的独立检索外文文献的能力,这对学生的英语水平提出了较高的要求。而在中学阶段有目的、分步骤地开展化学双语教学无疑可以打下良好的基础。因此,开展双语教学的探索势在必行。
With the gradual globalization of the world economy, English has become increasingly prominent as an international language. The need to participate in competition and self-development makes English an essential tool. As far as chemistry is concerned, as the study progresses, many English materials will be exposed. During the university, students are also required to have the ability to independently search foreign language documents. This places a high requirement on students’ English proficiency. In the middle school stage, there is no doubt that the establishment of a purposeful, step-by-step bilingual education in chemistry will undoubtedly lay a good foundation. Therefore, the exploration of bilingual education is imperative.
