通过多种沥青及沥青混合料室内试验,对某公司研发的高强度改性沥青以及科氏SBS改性沥青、普通70号沥青进行了抗车辙性能对比试验研究,并建立了沥青粘结料动力粘度指标、振动粘度指标、针入度指标、车辙因子指标与沥青混合料动稳定度指标及GTM抗剪安全系数GSF值之间的相关关系。研究结果表明,高强度沥青是一种高模量、高强度的沥青材料,具有非常优良的抗车辙性能。粘度指标、车辙因子指标均与沥青混合料高温稳定性有良好的相关性,振动粘度相比动力粘度,与沥青混合料高温性能的相关性更好。
Through a variety of asphalt and asphalt mixture laboratory tests, a company developed high strength modified asphalt and Keshi SBS modified asphalt, general No. 70 asphalt rutting performance comparative test study and the establishment of asphalt binder power Viscosity index, vibration viscosity index, penetration index, rutting factor index and asphalt mixture dynamic stability index and GTM shear safety factor GSF value between the correlation. The results show that high-strength asphalt is a kind of high-modulus, high-strength asphalt material with very good anti-rutting performance. Viscosity index and rutting factor index all have good correlation with the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture. Vibration viscosity has better correlation with high temperature performance of asphalt mixture than dynamic viscosity.
