随着计算机技术和医学影像学的发展,精确放射治疗已逐步成为肿瘤放射治疗的主要发展方向。应用精确放射治疗可提高肿瘤控制率和降低正常组织并发症发生率。现综述与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)精确放射治疗相关的正电子发射断层显像术-计算机断层摄影术联合扫描(PET-CT)技术的应用以及呼吸运动的控制等方面的研究进展。
With the development of computer technology and medical imaging, accurate radiation therapy has gradually become the main direction of radiation therapy for cancer. The application of precise radiotherapy can improve the tumor control rate and reduce the incidence of normal tissue complications. The progress of positron emission tomography (CT) combined with computed tomography (PET-CT) techniques and the control of respiratory movement is reviewed.
