随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展,我国众多企业走出了国门,走向了世界,开拓了海外市场。目前海外市场已经成为公司的一个重要市场。大量工作人员走出国门,工作在海外,党员在其中占有非常高的比例。为了发挥党组织的政治核心作用,确保海外工程项目能够更好更快的发展,有必要建立和完善基层党组织。尤其是最近几年来,集团公司不断拓展海外市场,国际化业务得到更大发展,随着国际环境发生新的变化,海外项目也呈现出投入资产和人员不断增多,项目管理难度增加、风险防范体制不健全、安全保障措施不完善等新特点,迫切需要党建思想政治工作提供坚强的思想后盾。因此,建立和完善海外项目党建机制,受到集团公司党委的高度重视。如何建立健全海外项目党建工作,提高海外项目党建思想政治工作水平,成为当前最值得思考的问题。在这里我将提出一些个人观点,以供参考。 With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, many enterprises in our country have gone out of the country, marched to the world and opened up overseas markets. Therefore, establishing and improving party building mechanism for overseas projects is highly valued by party committees of the group companies.
