胶束增溶光度法测定微量钒已有报导,用2-(5-溴-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)-H_2O_2测定钒的方法也有报导。本文在此基础上研究了在表面活性剂8176存在下,用5-Br-PADAP光度法测定钒(V)的适宜条件及络合物的组成,提出了一个重现性好,灵敏度高,操作简便的测定矿石中微量钒的新方法。络合物(1:1)的最大吸收波长和表观摩尔吸光系数分别为590nm和9.06×10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),最低检测限为0.008μg/ml,在0.2~16μgV(V)/25ml范围内遵守比尔定律,并满意地应用于硅酸盐和铁矿石中钒的测定。 1.主要试剂与仪器:
