(回应7B《探路学校“软实力”--上海提升学校课程领导力行动研究报告》)课程是实现学校办学目标的唯一途径,没有课程的学校应该不能称为学校,至多就是一个聚集人学习的地方。正如上海市教委巡视员尹后庆所说:“如果我们把课程作为学生学习生活的全部,那么提升课程领导力,就是所有教育者的责任”。三年里,奉贤中学在课程领导力项目组领导和专家的关心指导下,着眼于解决学校发展中的问题,进行扎根于学校实践的智慧探索。针对学校的办学思想和学生的发展现状,提出了“激发学生潜能促进自主发展”的课程理念,并顶层设计了激发学生四个方面潜能的课程系统:通过“奉文育贤”的德育课程和人生规划体验课程,激发学生动力潜能:通过基础型课程的校本化实施,激发学生学习潜能;开发实施融拓展、体验、探究三维一体的社团课程,激发学生志趣潜能:架构创新素养培育课程,激
