“三鹿奶粉”事件,影响巨大,牵动全国,是重大的公共卫生事故,我们在谴责不法商人利欲熏心的同时,充分感受到了此次事件中政府的危机公关能力。危机,意味着危险和机会共存,对政府来说,不仅要解决此次事件带来的问题还要通过解决过程树立政府形象、提升政府公信力。“三鹿奶粉”事件爆发以来,从中央到地方政府,都在第一时间作出了积极的反应,政府的应急速度和重视程度是对全社会最好的回复。本文立足于政府,从“三方面”揭示了“三鹿奶粉”事件暴露的问题,进而提出了政府“解决问题+树立形象”的危机公关“三原则”和“三路径”。
The incident of “Sanlu Milk Powder” has great influence and affects the whole country. It is a major public health accident. While condemning the unscrupulous traders for wanton smuggling, we fully felt the government’s crisis public relations capability in this incident. Crisis means danger and opportunity coexistence. To the government, it is not only necessary to solve the problems caused by this incident but also to establish the image of the government through the process of settlement and enhance the credibility of the government. Since the outbreak of the “Sanlu Milk Powder” incident, both from the central government to local governments have responded positively in the first instance. The government’s response speed and emphasis are the best responses to the whole society. This article is based on the government, exposing the issue of “Sanlu milk powder” incident from “three aspects”, and then put forward the government’s “three principles” and “ ”Three paths".
