1984年我局购进两台日本小松制作所生产的斗容为1.6m~3的PC400-1型挖掘机,5月份投入使用。1992年12月在京九铁路衡商标段施工时,发现回转出现异响,且回转起来比较困难,此时共运转1160h。经解体检查发现回转减速机和回转支承有如下问题: (1)回转小齿轮轴在上部轴承定位处呈45°方向斜向断裂; (2)回转支承内齿圈共89个齿,有8个齿断裂,断裂方向大致是45°斜向,28个齿有深浅不同的裂纹,裂纹方向亦均呈45°斜向; (3)回转支承的内外滚道磨损严重,间隙增大,滚道受力点作用线与水平方向的夹角超过60°。
In 1984, I purchased two PC400-1 excavators with a bucket capacity of 1.6m~3 produced by two Komatsu workshops in Japan and put them into use in May. In December 1992, during the construction of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway Company’s trademark section, it was found that abnormal noise occurred in the rotation and it was difficult to turn it. At this time, it operated for 1160 hours. After the dismantling inspection, it was found that the rotary speed reducer and the slewing bearing had the following problems: (1) The rotary pinion shaft was diagonally fractured in the 45° direction at the position of the upper bearing; (2) The slewing ring had a total of 89 teeth, with 8 teeth. The teeth were broken, the direction of fracture was approximately 45° oblique, and 28 teeth had different depth and depth of cracks. The direction of the cracks also showed an oblique angle of 45°. (3) The inner and outer races of the slewing ring were seriously worn, the gap was increased, and the raceway was affected. The angle between the force line and the horizontal direction exceeds 60°.
